Maintenance and Usage Recommendations:

•Your rug should not be beaten or shaken, but should be vacuumed with brushless ends of a vacuum cleaner.
•If there are any items such as coffee tables, armchairs, etc. placed on our rug, their places should be changed from time to time, and the areas in contact should be vacuumed with the brushless ends of the vacuum cleaner.

Stain Removal:

If something spills on your rug, action must be taken very quickly.

•In such cases, excess liquid should be absorbed by applying a tampon with a paper towel before the liquid spreads, and cleaning agents containing bleaching chemicals (bleach, etc.) should never be used.
•The area where the liquid was spilled should be washed with cold water and natural soap after applying a tampon.
•The wiping process should be in a way that does not spread the stain; circular or hard rubbing operations against the direction of the pile should be avoided.
•Do not step on the cleaned area until it is completely dry.

Deep Cleaning:

•When deep cleaning is needed, our rug can be washed in the washing machine on a delicate program at a maximum of 30 degrees. During washing, heavy chemical cleaners containing Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic) (bleach etc.) should never be used, wringing should never be done and the temperature of the washing water should not exceed 30 degrees.
•After cleaning, your rug should be dried quickly by laying it on the floor, rather than hanging it.
•Your rug should not be used when wet and should be protected from direct sunlight.
