Maintenance and Usage Recommendations:
•Your carpet should not be beaten or whisked, but should be vacuumed with brushless ends of a vacuum cleaner.
•Cleaning with a hard brush may cause the structure of the yarn twists to deteriorate, which may lead to felting complaints in the yarns.
•If there are any items such as coffee tables, armchairs, etc. placed on your carpet, they should be moved from time to time to avoid leaving marks, and the areas in contact should be vacuumed with the brushless ends of the vacuum cleaner.
•Put a block of ice on the crushed viscose threads and wait for them to melt. After the drying process, you can sweep them with a brushless vacuum cleaner to restore the viscose to its former form.
•Fluffing is normal because your carpet is made of natural materials. With regular vacuum cleaning, it will soon disappear.
Why is pile shedding normal in carpets made of natural materials? Natural yarns such as viscose, wool, floss are formed by twisting very thin fibers. The lengths of natural fibers are limited and different. After weaving, the yarns are subjected to cutting/shave processes to equalize their lengths. The situation called pile shedding is the removal of excess yarns that are too short to be twisted from the carpet with use. This is a normal and inevitable situation in products woven with natural yarns. With regular vacuuming, pile shedding decreases to almost nothing in a short time.
•Special production carpets are not knotted; they are created by attaching them to the tension cloth in a U shape with the tufting technique, then fixing them to the cloth with adhesive and closing them with a clean back cloth. It is normal and expected for viscose yarns to come out when the twists are pulled in the carpet, since it is not a knotted weave. The yarns that remain long in the pile length shaving process can be equalized by cutting them with scissors.
Stain Removal
If something spills on your carpet, action must be taken very quickly.
Why should I mop the carpet in the direction of the pile?
Natural yarns such as viscose, wool, floss are made of very fine fibers twisted. Circular hard wiping to be done during cleaning
or excessive pressure scrubbing can open these twists. When the strength of the opened ropes to stand upright is lost, the crushed fibers become intertwined.
This can cause the appearance called 'felting' in the public language. Since the twisted threads will lie in different directions, they can reflect light from different angles. These light reflections can also be interpreted by the consumer as color loss/difference. In order to avoid these results, the above instructions should be followed when cleaning your carpet.
Deep Cleaning
•For deep cleaning of your carpet; support should be received from professional carpet washing centers that are experienced in washing carpets produced with viscose (natural material) using tufting technique. It should be emphasized to the washing center that your carpet is produced from natural material and that heavy chemical cleaners containing Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic) should definitely not be used during washing.
•After cleaning, your carpet should be dried quickly by laying it on the floor, rather than hanging it.
•Your carpet should not be used when wet and should be protected from direct sunlight.
•For professional carpet maintenance and cleaning, you can consult the sales point where you purchased your carpet.

•Your carpet must be completely free of cleaning materials used during cleaning and chemical cleaning materials must never be used.
•During cleaning, vacuum cleaners with high suction power and brush heads should not be used, the carpet should be cleaned with a one-way movement.
